The Cabarrus County Youth Commission is looking for two representatives from your school to help us bring awareness to Cabarrus County Government and local issues.  The Council meets twice monthly during the school year, once on a group field trip and the other for a business meeting at the Cooperative Extension Office in Concord.  This group is a collaboration between the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners and Cabarrus County 4-H promoting the importance of civic engagement and education as well as giving youth hands on experience within the working of local government.  If you have youth that you think would be interested in serving a two year term with us, please guide them to the following links:
