Everett Craven demonstrated KINDNESS, RESPECT and TEAMWORK when he volunteered to bring in 2 large containers of yoga mats and blocks for Mr. Coggins.
Makenzie O’Brien showed INTEGRITY when she turned in cash found in stairwell. Give her a BIG Cougar Growlll when you see her.
Jacob Johnson demonstrated INTEGRITY in Miss Kundel’s class when he honestly admitted that he did not have his Independent Reading book for his required materials quiz, instead of taking the easy way out and saying that he had it in his locker.
Joanna Copio and Hannah Taylor graciously brought in their new House Impetus shirts to give to the freshmen so that they would have a t-shirt after the House Sorting Ceremony. They demonstrated immense KINDNESS and TEAMWORK, worrying about including these new members of their House.
Amanda Harris demonstrated PASSION for House Impetus by wearing a matching blue headband to school today! Now THAT’S ENTHUSIASM!
Griffin Wickwire demonstrated KINDNESS when he held the door open for a teacher who was not necessarily very close. He patiently waited until she passed. Thanks, Grififn!

Cannon Theater Company auditions for both the fall production of Rhinoceros and the winter production of Much Ado About Nothing will take place after school from Wednesday August 28 through Wednesday September 4. Students can sign up for a half-hour audition slot and pick up audition info by the Cannon Theater Company bulletin board located in the Upper School building inside the stairwell near Foundation Hall. Those students with fall athletic commitments who
would like to audition for the winter production but aren’t available to audition after school will be able to sign up for an alternative audition time. Students only interested in doing tech for theater productions don’t need to audition, and there will be more info on tech in the coming weeks.
